Curtidores Apartment

My apartment is on the Old Quarter on Toledo.

I´m an experienced renter and this is my second apartment. Check the other one.

I have tried to make a very relaxed place, where you can rest of your long journey on the city.

Possibility of parking on the near public regulated orange parking area on the street.

The apartment has 85 meters, with a very big saloon (a 25 meters), and two bedrooms.

We have tried to think on everything you can use or need, based on our experience.

The apartment is brand new, completely renovated.

Very near to the Greco´s Museum (3 min. walking), and Jardines del Transito (3 min walking).

The street is very quiet, is a little square, with a very good access by car (other places on the Old Quarter are inaccessible).

The apartment is on the 1st floor (not at the entry level), but the building has elevator (a rare thing on the Old Quarter).

We provide everything we think you can need, but tell us if you miss something.

It´s included Internet access (WIFI and Ethernet).

We are experienced renters (around 6 years), and we are available for your questions, don´t hesitate to ask us. We had a lot of situations on this years, so don´t worry about nothing. We can speak english fluently, don´t worry about that.

It is a very quiet neighborhood, the old Curtidores neighborhood, behind the Cortes de Castilla la Mancha, 5 minutes walk from the Greco Museum, the Sefardi Museum, and 3 minutes from the Paseo del Transito, a great park.

There is a supermarket 15 meters from the door, and a bakery (churros on Sundays).

It can be accessed perfectly by car, without getting into narrow streets.

There is a bus stop 50 meters away.

You can stop in the square to unload your bags.

There are 3 public parking areas near to the apartment (1 min, 3 min, and 5 min walking). They are regulated parking areas, but you can put a ticket for a long time (no need to renew continously).
